Sarah L. Hedlund, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating children, adolescents, adults, and couples in individual and group therapy. She is also an expert in conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments, including testing for learning disability, ADHD, serious mental illness, and diagnostic clarification. Alongside her private practice, Dr. Hedlund teaches on the faculty of the Doctor of Psychology Program at George Washington University and serves as Director of Training of the Lodge Program at the Frost School, a school for emotionally disturbed youth. She is flexible in her clinical approach, tailoring treatment to meet each client's goals, including providing premarital counseling to couples who are engaged or who are considering marriage. She also works as an organizational consultant and is a member of the A.K. Rice Institute and NTL.
